The rooms here at Westwynd Farm, especially for weekends, fill up so far in advance that we often find ourselves telling folks “Sorry, but we are totally booked.” We are happy to take reservations a year (or even 2) in advance, and if a date is important we encourage you to book it now. We do not take deposits and no holds are put on your credit card, so there is no risk in assuring that you get the room and date you want. We totally understand that “life happens,” and if you need to cancel or change your date it is not a problem. We do request at least 72 hours notice of a cancellation before your scheduled arrival, and even after that there is only a $25 per booked night cancellation fee.

We truly want you to enjoy your time here on your special date in your favorite room, and we encourage everyone to plan ahead. There is always something happening in Hershey and Central Pennsylvania, and the Hershey Event Calendar will give you just a partial list of upcoming events in Hershey. When you add exciting Events in Harrisburg, Activities in Dutch Country & Lancaster, and a host of Gettysburg Events , the list becomes huge.
