The Westwynd Elopement Experience
An intimate celebration for just the two of you
We’ve created a beautifully curated elopement experience for couples seeking a meaningful, intimate celebration in the peaceful countryside just outside Hershey, Pennsylvania—without the stress of planning. From the moment you arrive, every detail is thoughtfully arranged so you can slow down, be present, and fully enjoy your day surrounded by the quiet beauty of the farm.
Your ceremony takes place at our Central Pennsylvania country inn and horse farm, led by an officiant who connects with you in advance to personalize your vows—ensuring the ceremony reflects your relationship, your story, and your style.
A seasonal bridal bouquet and matching boutonnière are included, along with music of your choice connected through our Bluetooth speaker system to set the tone for your vows.
Your ceremony and just-married portraits are captured during a relaxed, one-hour professional photography session , resulting in a curated gallery of images. Five edited digital images of your choice are included, with the option to purchase additional favorites.
Enjoy a petite cake for two and a champagne toast as our photographer continues to capture your first moments as a married couple. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, yet your elopement remains fully customizable to reflect your vision and what matters most to you.

Cake or cupcakes are provided for up to 10 guests, along with use of the Great Room and Garden for your ceremony and a one-hour reception.

This intimate gathering includes The Westwynd Elopement Experience, surrounded by your nearest and dearest.
Cake or cupcakes are provided for up to 20 guests, along with use of the Great Room and Garden for your ceremony and a 1.5-hour reception.
Circle of Celebration
Up to 24 Guests
Designed for a fuller occasion still rooted in intimacy, this package includes The Westwynd Elopement Experience, with the addition of your closest family and friends.
Cake or cupcakes are provided for up to 24 guests, along with use of the Great Room and Garden for your ceremony and a two-hour reception. This package also includes an extended hour of photography coverage and five additional edited digital images.
CELEBRATION WEEKEND
Exclusive Inn Buyout
A private wedding weekend designed for couples who want the Inn entirely to themselves for a relaxed, all-in-one celebration surrounded by their closest family and friends. Enjoy a two-night stay with use of all 12 guest rooms included, creating a private and immersive setting where your entire wedding experience unfolds in one place.
Each morning includes breakfast for all 24 overnight guests, with the option to further personalize your weekend with additional experiences and à la carte catering for your rehearsal dinner, wedding celebration, or reception. Includes The Circle of Celebration Experience and a total of 15 edited digital images.
