The 2022 TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice Awards are out! Our hearts are touched by the support and thoughtful words of our guests. As a result, we have been selected once again to receive the award. In our TripAdvisor reviews, many guests mention our friendly service and delicious pastries. The location, (so close to Hershey!) is also a huge plus for our guests. We are honored to have been chosen for this distinguished award and wear the badge proudly.
How Travelers’ Choice is Awarded
The exact TripAdvisor algorithm for selecting the Travelers’ Choice Award is currently kept secret. Yet, we know it to be based on a couple of key factors. The business must have a minimum number of overall reviews (precise number unknown), and they must have consistent ratings of “Excellent” and “Very Good” in order to be considered. Reviews need to be considered of quality in length and description. They cannot be only a couple of sentences or a vague description. The Travelers’ Choice Award indicates that the business is within the top 10% of businesses on TripAdvisor! Statistics also show that 75% of customers tend to prefer a business with a Traveler’s Choice Award over one that does not. This award is a stamp of the overall quality of the business and should be celebrated.

“We absolutely loved this Inn. The staff and owners were so pleasant and accommodating. The room was spotless. Loved the Hershey treats in the room! Baked goods are plentiful as well as coffee, tea, etc. The Inn is situated just outside Hershey Park and not too far from Lititz and the Amish towns. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Multiple rocking chairs outside the Inn and you can relax, etc. There are horses boarded that you can see and a barn you can walk through. Will definitely return!” — bpask, August 2022

One of the best B&Bs ever!
“This has been our 5th time at this inn, and we are never disappointed. The owners, the staff and the chefs are all so nice and friendly and very accommodating. The inn is charming, cozy and beautifully decorated….and the same could be said for the room that we stayed in. In fact, all the rooms we stayed in were equally wonderful. The breakfasts are super delicious, and sometimes we barely had lunch afterwards because we were so stuffed from breakfast. And there are always a table in the entrance foyer laden with scrumptious freshly made pastries, cookies and cakes. My wife and I highly recommend Westwynd Farm.” — mscitrin, July 2022
